  • What you will be doing:

  • Support bartenders in preparing and serving beverages with precision and consistency
  • Assist with bar setup, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • Learn and execute cocktail recipes, garnish preparation, and service standards
  • Deliver exceptional guest service in line with Forbes 5-Star standards
  • Engage with guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and beverage offerings
  • Ensure all glassware, tools, and bar areas are kept to the highest hygiene standards
  • Follow all liquor laws, health, and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with the bar and service team to ensure a seamless experience
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and bartending techniques
  • Other duties assigned

    Qualifications

    Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is an asset
  • Passion for bartending, mixology, and guest service
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
  • Valid Serving It Right certification
