<p>About the job</p> <p>As Head of Sales at Designity, you’ll lead and scale a high-performance B2B sales team across the full cycle—from outbound pipeline generation to closing high-value deals. You’ll manage both BDRs and Account Executives, define KPIs, and optimize multi-channel strategies to drive consistent revenue growth. The role also includes developing strategic partnerships to expand market reach and unlock new revenue channels.</p> <p>Automation and AI-powered tools will be used to improve workflow efficiency, lead qualification, and pipeline visibility.
