Job Summary

Progressive Technology is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Assistant with hands-on experience in HubSpot or Zoho CRM. This fully remote role supports our sales, marketing, and customer service teams by maintaining CRM databases, automating workflows, and ensuring accurate data entry and reporting. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and manage the companys CRM platforms (HubSpot or Zoho).

  • Create, monitor, and optimize workflows, pipelines, and automation rules.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure CRM is aligned with campaign goals.

  • Regularly clean and organize contact lists, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.

  • Support the onboarding of new CRM users and provide basic training.

  • Generate CRM-based performance reports and dashboards for management review.

  • Identify and troubleshoot CRM-related issues or inefficiencies.

  • Coordinate CRM integration with other business tools when needed.

  • Ensure data compliance and best practices for information privacy and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or Zoho CRM is mandatory.

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

  • Comfortable working with large datasets and performing data entry/cleaning tasks.

  • Familiarity with CRM-related automation and campaign tracking.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and customer journey stages.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Spanish.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.
