On-Field Coaching & Development


? Oversight of training sessions for West teams, ensuring high-quality player development.
? Coach 2 West Boys Teams
? Provide coverage for West coaches and teams
? Ensure implementation of Boston Bolts Curriculum
? Provide tactical and technical feedback to West coaches in alignment with the club’s
philosophy.
? Design, organize, and lead technical clinics and training sessions for Boys Foundation Phase
players (U7–U12).
? Represent the club in the community by leading school clinics, open houses, and outreach
programs.
? Support player recruitment efforts by building relationships with local families, schools, and
recreation programs.
? Promote club values and create a welcoming environment for new families and players.
Administrative Duties
? Assist with scheduling of clinics, training sessions, and game-day operations.
? Maintain accurate records of player attendance, evaluation data, and program feedback.
? Contribute to regional planning meetings and reports to club leadership.

Program Management & Coaching Oversight
? Assist in overseeing day-to-day soccer operations and developmental programming within
the region.
? Work closely with coaches to ensure training sessions follow the club’s curriculum and
development philosophy.

? Minimum of a USSF D License (C License or higher preferred).
? 3+ years of experience coaching youth players.
? Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor coaches and engage
families.
? Passion for early-stage player development and long-term athlete growth.
? Ability to design engaging, age-appropriate training environments.
? Strong organizational and communication skills.
