Assistant Account Executive/Account Executive, Events and Executive Operations

Prosek Partners is one of the largest independent communications and marketing firms in the U.S., specializing in financial and professional services. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive to support operational logistics for marquee events and assist with client communications in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support operational logistics for key marquee events, including acting as a point of contact for client communications, ensuring all private events, attendees, and relevant details are tracked accurately within Prosek’s systems and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet client needs
  • Coordinate and manage RSVP process for select events and assist with event logistics—including menu planning, guest communications, run-of-show planning and more, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Assist in managing a portfolio of Conference Concierge (CC) clients by supporting account teams, serving as a key liaison between the account lead and the CC team, and helping to execute strategies outlined by senior leadership
  • Support incoming new business requests by developing proposals, letters of agreement (LOAs), pitch materials, and other client-facing documents
  • Participate in strategic meetings when possible to gain insight into business development and deal-making processes
  • Assist with meeting follow-up and learn how relationships are built and maintained

Skills

  • 1-3 years' experience in the financial or professional services space or with a conference organizer servicing these industries
  • Highly organized, exceptional attention to detail
  • Intellectually curious and great attitude; 'no job too small'
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with clients effectively
