Job Summary

Amazon India is seeking dedicated, hardworking, and reliable individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates in sorting, packing, and shifting roles. Key Responsibilities

  • Sort packages and items according to destination and route.

  • Accurately pack items ensuring safety, quality, and standards.

  • Move packages between different workstations within the warehouse.

  • Scan and label parcels for shipment using handheld scanners.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

  • Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times.

  • Assist in inventory management and stock handling if required.

  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10th pass (Matriculation) from a recognized board.

  • Ability to understand and follow basic instructions in English or local language.

  • Basic numerical and literacy skills.

  • Physically fit and able to lift packages up to 20 kg.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Experience

  • No prior experience is required.

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery, or similar roles will be an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Shifts Available: Day / Night / Rotational

  • Shift Duration: 8 to 10 hours

  • Weekly off as per company policy

  • Overtime available and compensated according to labor laws
