Accounts Executive - Tally & GST Knowledge (Ghaziabad)

Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with proficiency in Tally and a sound understanding of GST regulations. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong foundation in accounting principles and are looking to work in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with GST regulations, and handling other accounting-related tasks to support the overall financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining ledgers, journals, and financial statements.

  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy.

  • Process GST returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

  • Maintain Tally software for accurate recording of all transactions.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely and accurate preparation of financial documents.

  • Ensure timely filing of GST returns and adherence to government deadlines.

  • Handle vendor and client accounts, including processing payments and invoices.

  • Assist in preparing for audits and liaising with auditors for document verification.

  • Provide insights and suggestions on improving accounting processes to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Tally software and other accounting tools.

  • Strong knowledge of GST laws and regulations.

  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform data entry accurately.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with hands-on experience in Tally and GST compliance.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
